How do I switch my home phone supplier?

If you like what’s on offer from one of the other suppliers, you can make an application to switch online in minutes.  We’ll ask some simple questions that your new provider will need to know, including your name, address and the telephone number you want to transfer over.  This information will be sent securely to your new provider, and we’ll confirm everything to you in an email.

Your new supplier will write to confirm the date of the transfer of your new number, usually in less than 10 working days.  On the date of the transfer, they’ll manage the switch for you with your old provider.
