What happens to my broadband?

What if my broadband and home phone are bundled together?

If you’re on a bundled deal with a provider for both your phone and broadband, you should check to see whether you’re still in contract.  Most contracts last 12 months, although some go for 18 months.  If you’re still within contract, you’ll probably have to pay the remainder to break your contract early before switching your home phone to another supplier.

If you don’t have a bundled deal, or you are out of contract with your bundled provider, you should be able to switch your home phone (and your broadband if you want to) without any problems.
